My TENNIS time academy @ FORTY LOVE TENNIS CLUB.
We are excited to announce that we offer all our tennis programs at FORTY LOVE TENNIS CLUB providing 4 clay courts, 2 synthetic carpet, 1 indoor cushioned acryiic court, swimming pool, gym, cofybar and restaurant, located at Koropi (South suburbs of Athens).

TENNIS PROGRAMS
We offer our programs in courses, each one with specific duration and targeting.
We are proud to offer -exclusively in Greece- STEFANOS TSITSIPAS all shots VIDEOANALYSIS, in order to make your technique perfect! In order to do so, we videotape your moves, and you can watch frame-by-frame your videoanalysis side by side to Stefanos Tsitsipas videoanalysis!
All our courses are offered in private, or small groups (up to 4 persons max.).
All levels and skills are welcome!

1. BEGINNERS PROGRAMS:
   • A level. Welcome to tennis! Start to play in the mid court (EFF-8 method). Recommended duration 8hours.
   • B level. Start to play from the back court.Recommended duration 12hours.
2. INTERMEDIATE PROGRAMS:
   • A level. Start to rally.Recommended duration 15hours.
   • B level. Start to play games using serve. Recommended duration 8hours.
3. ADVANCED PROGRAMS:
   • A level. Play games using serve, approach shots, volleys, overhead, lobs. Recommended duration 15hours.
   • B level. Start to apply spins, be able to analyze opponents' styles and employ different patterns of play. Recommended duration 20hours.
4. PERFORMANCE PLAYER PROGRAMS. Master your shots:
   • Serve (flat, slice, topspin). Recommended duration 8hours.
   • Topspin (forehand & backhand). Recommended duration 8hours (each shot).
   • Slice, sidespin (forehand & backhand). Recommended duration 6hours (each shot).
   • Volley, Semi Volley (forehand & backhand). Recommended duration 8hours (each shot).
   • Approach Shot. Recommended duration 4hours.
   • Drop Shot. Recommended duration 6hours.
   • Overhead Smash. Recommended duration 6hours.
   • Lob (slice, topspin). Recommended duration 8hours.
5. HIGH PERFORMANCE PLAYER PROGRAMS. Improve your ranking:
   • Advanced Footwork. Recommended duration 12hours, repeat every 6months.
   • Breathing-Relaxation.Recommended duration 10hours, repeat every 6months.
   • Planning (tactics, strategy). Recommended duration 20hours, repeat every 6months.
   • Mental Game. Recommended duration 20hours, repeat every 6months.
6. HITTING PARTNERS. Train the best way.
We offer performance and ATP/WTA pros to train with. Hitting partners follow specialized programs for your maximoum attribution.
